Summer Update (July 2026)

Starting today (July 9th), the next phase of the road reconstruction project begins and will continue through August 14th.  This phase includes: 

1.  Pulverizing the existing asphalt, and then 

2.  Laying down the new road base

The subdivision is broken into (4) phases as outlined in the visual below with dates.  This will be the messiest part of the project.

Once the whole subdivision is completed, a final 3rd phase will take place: 

3. Final Road Cap on the full subdivision over a few days

The project will be fully completed by September 4th.
