Curb & Gutter update (06/24/26)

‍Reminder-  the Curb and Gutter will be placed on the East side of Stoneleigh, approach to Lahser Road and the Cul de Sacs throughout the project limits on Wednesday (6/24/26). Notices/Letters were distributed on Friday (6/19/26). The notices were either hand delivered, left at your front door or attached to your mailbox.

‍You will need to be out of your driveway by 7:00 AM and parked on another street, etc.  Your driveway will be closed for 4 to 6 days until we have proper strength and can backfill the curb and gutter so that you can drive over the curb and gutter into your driveway.

‍We will place cones/barricades at the end of your driveway after placing the curb and gutter then will remove the cones once we have proper strength and provided proper access for your vehicle.

‍Please expect delays in the areas that curb and gutter are being placed. There will be staff to provide you with additional information during the curb and gutter installation.

‍We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work diligently and conscientiously to provide you with a beautiful brand-new road. We ask that you share this information with your friends and neighbors. Please drive slowly and cautiously within the subdivision’s Construction Zone.
