Please Take Caution!

The paving for this week (of August 31st) is still proceeding as planned.  The rain is supposed to clear out and temperatures are going to rise which will dry the road surface for tomorrow's (Sept 1st) paving operation.

First, please be reminded of making wide turns – do not stop and turn but make rolling wide turns. The hot temps this week will keep the surface hot and is problematic of blemishes 

Secondly,  we have experienced several close calls with the kids on their scooters and e-bikes driving around trucks and equipment.  Two e-bikes, on separate occasions, have almost had a load of dirt/aggregate dumped on them, literally, riding behind trucks dumping loads! 

The light is at the end of the tunnel. The final restoration will commence after the Labor Day holiday.
